Baidu announces downloadable FP8 and BF16 weights for its 280-billion-parameter mixture-of-experts base model, which activates 14 billion parameters per token.
The checkpoint is intended for further training. Its custom license excludes the European Union, the United Kingdom and South Korea from its licensed territory.
