Inkling 2 Small becomes available for inference and fine-tuning through Tinker, accepting text and image inputs.
The second-generation mixture-of-experts model has 594 billion total parameters with 17 billion active. At launch, access is governed by Tinker’s terms. Thinking Machines plans an Apache 2.0 weight release after external safety testing.
