Meta releases NLLB-200, a translation model covering 200 languages, including 150 low-resource languages and Haitian Creole.
A milestone in making machine translation available beyond widely supported languages. Model weights use the noncommercial CC-BY-NC 4.0 license; the fairseq training code uses MIT.
